Diagnosis

Scutellum with rather strong reticulation, smooth along posterior margin, meshes elongate in anterior 1/2, isodiametric in posterior 1/2; posterior margin of dorsellum evenly rounded; propodeum with parallel or posteriorly slightly diverging submedian carinae; propodeal callus with 5-7 setae; petiole as long as wide in female, 1.5X as long as wide in male; first gastral tergite in female strongly reticulate with elongate meshes and hence dull, reticulation weaker in male.

Costa Rica, Honduras, USA.

Biology

From Trichoplusia ni (Peck 1985); ex pupa of Mocis latipes on Digitaria, and a pupa of an unidentified Plusiinae on Gossypium hirsutum (Malvaceae), (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae).
